AS Expert offers services exclusively to companies, public or private organisations, entrepreneurs and professionals acting for purposes related to their trade, business, craft or profession.

Services are not offered to consumers, meaning natural persons acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft or profession. If you contact AS Expert in a personal or private capacity, no service will be offered or accepted.

Website content is general information only. It is not an offer, quotation, professional opinion or recommendation and should not be relied on as a substitute for advice based on the facts of a specific matter.

AS Expert provides technical and strategic advisory services concerning technology, innovation, research and development, intellectual-property strategy, industrialisation and technical evidence.

References to a “tech-legal interface” describe technical support delivered alongside appropriately qualified legal or patent professionals. AS Expert does not present itself as a law firm and does not provide reserved legal services, court representation, tax advice, regulated financial advice or other regulated professional services unless expressly permitted and agreed.

Contacting AS Expert, requesting information or attending an initial conversation does not create a professional engagement.

An engagement begins only when scope, deliverables, fees, responsibilities, conflicts and applicable conditions have been confirmed in a written engagement letter or other written agreement accepted by both parties. That agreement prevails over these website Terms for the relevant engagement.

An unsolicited email or other initial contact does not, by itself, create a duty of confidentiality. Do not send trade secrets, unpublished patent material, privileged documents or other sensitive information before an appropriate non-disclosure or engagement arrangement has been confirmed.

Technical or strategic work relating to intellectual property is not a guarantee of patentability, validity, enforceability, freedom to operate or commercial success. Formal patent searches, filings, prosecution and legal opinions should be handled by qualified patent or legal counsel in the relevant jurisdiction.

Technology and innovation involve uncertainty. Any assessment is based on the information, assumptions and scope agreed for the matter. Unless expressly stated in a signed engagement, AS Expert does not guarantee any technical, regulatory, legal, funding, investment or commercial outcome.

Website content may be updated or withdrawn without notice. Third-party documents and links remain subject to their own terms. No licence to use AS Expert names, marks, text or visual material is granted except for ordinary viewing of the website.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AS Expert is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of general website information or for loss arising from interruption, inaccuracy or unauthorised use of the website.
